I was once 70kg with body fat 22.9% using fitness first measurement and i manage to maintain my weight with my body fat % reduced to 15.9%.
i never take any suplement or body fat pill or any other artificial stuff, but just normal daily food but slightly less fried stuff and less rice, and the main thing is take early dinner and no supper. sleep early.
decrease body fat % but muscle mass remains
