vince, soundproofing is the onli way to reduce noise and yes, it does cost a fortune, if no money then have to bear with the noise. as for amp + sub at rm1k, u gotta ask zenn for some recommendation, he has an arsenal of ICE products.
jye, if u are looking at hi end products, i am willing to sell mine at the price u mentioned, 2k for DLS Nobelium 6.2 and 2k for Helix P400 Precision. but i doubt u wan 2nd stuffs la. 2k can get u something like DLS UP6, Focal Polykevlar K2P and so on. Amp 2k, maybe audio system F4-600 will do the job. i can get Focal K2P at a nice price, PM me if u r really interested.

both STEG and McIntosh are damn famous in SQ world but not for beginners due to their price. STEG amps are very gud for midbass and subs. While McIntosh are very famous for their HU. Zenn, the McIntosh MSS630 i heard is made by Vifa, is it true?

hi guys, asking for some opinions.
i saw a phoenix gold M25 on sale. rated rms at 25wx2 @ 4 ohms. but i googled around found out there are some users telling it was around 60rms. any idea..?
btw, it was an old skool amp.
and the other amp, precision power 4200M. i planned to get this amp for my peerless 10" sub. power rated at 1x600w rms @4 ohm bridged.
my question is, are these amps is good..? reviews thru diy mobile audio are not bad for the M25. selling for less than RM500. worth to get it..?

m25 u going to use it for wat? tweeters? 2x25w is at 12V, if 14.4V maybe about 2x50w or so. PPI is a gud brand, famous for their amp in handling lower frequencies, PPI are considered dynamic sounding amp, means can feel lke lotsa energy in the music.

oo.. i would like to use m25 to drive my component.. midbass i gonna change to lower power handling type. cause my midbass speaker now got weird sound.
someone is selling oem speaker for audi. he say the speaker is low wattage type. or another brand which is "visaton".
or any recommended component to get..? my budget around RM600. i dont mind 2nd hand things. as long it produce good sound.
so i assume the ppi is good for the sub rite..?

M25 is ok if u are using it to produce midrange and hi freq. dun expect too much bass coming from low powered components. as for component set, better ask zenn, he sure have something around rm600. dun take the OEM audi speakers. Visaton if i not mistaken are home audio speakers, the midbass requires an enclosure, playing it free air at the door will shorten its lifespan.
