my recommendation, sell both your front and rear coaxials, buy a component speaker set for fronts. sell off your amp and buy a 4 channel amp, to run both fronts and sub. lastly sell off both your player and pre amp, just get one decent head unit.

dont get so excited la, he's a relative newbie, as u can see he only experienced one amp. i think he means class AB and not class A, and his view was also qualified by saying from his own limited experience.

if its a mono amp then maybe not suitable for speakers. if its a 2channel amp then is ok...

SPL = Sound Pressure Level

SPL cars are the ones going boom boom boom around town

SPLP competitions are for measuring how loud the car can play. they dont use music, just some fart sounds.

too bad in this country when u say u are into car audio, they automatically think spl...bcoz so many show cars are spl based...

better use that money to upgrade your amp, no need to spend so much on cables la...

if youre using audison amp then diff story lah, hehe....

thats why i said u should use your cable budget to get a better amp, much more improvement compared to spending it on cables....

soundstream is not much better than the infinity u have, lol...

phatwatt also i never hear before, why u need xover? whould have saved your money to get a good head unit with inbuilt xover laa...

if yore a beginner on a budget, no need to buy new la, u end up with cheap stuff from china only...

better get your moneys worth by getting 2nd hand branded equipment, baru puas hati...it will last longer and sound much better

what HU r u using, if alpine u have to take the unit out, switch is below, change from 2 way to 3 way xover

u were already on the right path, branded 2nd hand amps, just have to buy something thats not so antique la.....

u can change speakers first, then HU, and then add amp.

for 1.2k better get alpine, or maybe pioneer which is cheaper, so can raise the speaker budget higher.
