Same here. Really turned me off when I went to see the actual units (not to mention that we had to wait at the sales office cause the SA decided to go MIA).
Can hear highway noise. (Of course most of the so-called good location condos can hear highway noise as well)
Workmanship not that good.
Layout not really practical (to be fair, maybe its only because of the type that we viewed, got some weird non-square/rectangular corners which we really don't know what to do with it.)
Expensive!
Don't like the car park configuration - separated from the condo block.

the price go to 290k or 300k up now...
depends on which type, type C will be cheaper, coz it is round shape, not easy to decorate the house.

I am prefer Type D

according to some resident there, they said only the higher floor units will be more noisy due to high way beside.

It is true for my own experience... i go to view the 25th floor unit, it is damn damn noisy, but it be different for 3rd floor.

but 2++k to buy a unit in this location, is quite ok...

last week i go view this condo, i not really dont like this condo. the day i go was raining, the road at the area are all flooding, i think that y they dont build the car park under ground.

they still have over 40 units, the price offer from developer is 350k and got 10% discount which is 315k, but from my property agent, a lot of owner selling their unit below 290k.

during evening time, normally 5 minit time to changkat view can take up about half an hour to arrive. started to jam nearby the double storey house...forget what name

got a fren staying in changkat view condo. unit is ok, view is ok. surrounding is clean and posh looking. mgmt is good.

onli downside is the constant noise from vehicles from the highway. its like ur bedroom is located inside puduraya bus station. every morning u'll hear ambulance or police car zipping across traffic.

24 hrs a day u'll hear car noises, and my fren's house is above 10th floor. pls think twice before getting a unit in changkat view.

i got offered for a unit at blk B high floor..at myr325k partly furnished..anyone stay/rent in this condo? search on iproperty.com most owner asking 350k...rental around 1.2-1.8k

pls dun buy changkat view...because it is too cheap.... go buy those expensive condo at bkt jalil... ^^...so that i can stay with the current condition where i reach home from kl takes 15-30 min on no rain day.... one of my colleague stay in sri Dmansara ni dto spent 6.5RM to reach home in 1 hours time...kaka ....

325k will be hard to find. if you don't mind older unit can get from menara duta 1 or 2 or prima duta, bigger built up less density. or villa makmur new, low density as well but slightly higher price

Are to say... 350k onwards for partly - fully furnished... I am not sure but this is the price if I want to let go my unit.... Lol

Block A and B are older block than block C & D....by at least few years.... block D just VP in 2010.

your unit comes with how many car park? any renovation done? i know original unit just have one car park.. smile.gif

Block D for sure sell above 350k... biggrin.gif

anggun puri last time rm130k went see, didnt buy. haha
