hi all guys, I am going to buy a unit in changkat view

I am prefer Type D, is a square shape, and better than round shape, Type C

Do you guys have any comments on it?

May i know more about the Pros and Cons?

the price go to 290k or 300k up now...
depends on which type, type C will be cheaper, coz it is round shape, not easy to decorate the house.

I am prefer Type D

according to some resident there, they said only the higher floor units will be more noisy due to high way beside.

It is true for my own experience... i go to view the 25th floor unit, it is damn damn noisy, but it be different for 3rd floor.

but 2++k to buy a unit in this location, is quite ok...
