Same here. Really turned me off when I went to see the actual units (not to mention that we had to wait at the sales office cause the SA decided to go MIA).Can hear highway noise. (Of course most of the so-called good location condos can hear highway noise as well)
Workmanship not that good.
Layout not really practical (to be fair, maybe its only because of the type that we viewed, got some weird non-square/rectangular corners which we really don't know what to do with it.)
Expensive!
Don't like the car park configuration - separated from the condo block.
