@vikingw2k - u said before if im a heavy user, i might consider change from prepaid to postpaid rite. 1 question though. if i still got credit in my prepaid, will i'll lost it after change to postpaid? & how much are the fees to change preapaid to postpaid? thanks in advance bro..  rclxm9.gif
*
1. Whatever balance you have in your prepaid will be carried forward to your postpaid line. Say if you have balance RM150, it'll reflect on your first bill to minus your bill. e.g. if your first month's usage is RM75, your RM150 credit will minus RM75 and bring forward until your credit finishes.

2. If you are local, you just need to maintain minimum balance of RM50 in your prepaid in order to convert to postpaid. If you are foreigner, RM100.

oh thanks bro. i might change after i got reward from my birthday.. hehe.
*
If your birthday is just nearby, make full use of it. Reload RM300 so that you can get extra RM150. After that straight away convert to postpaid. Doing so will bring the bonus RM150 over to postpaid too and RM150 can waive 3 months' commitment if you are using DG50 plan biggrin.gif

somebody just ask me bout this. so, im thinking better ask our otai here.
Penang is such a big state, the easiest way is just check your nearby neighbor or friends who are using Digi at that place so that you know the reception.

QUOTE(-Y- @ Nov 1 2008, 07:54 PM)
actually, ive been thinking bout the max birthday reward also. hehe.  thumbup.gif

yaya..i ask want.. do u all think .. digi lunch 3G de.. will a lot problem.??
It's quite subjective. Currently Digi's EDGE has the widest coverage compared to Celcom 3G and Maxis 3G. Who knows Digi's 3G would remain the same considering they are just sharing the same infrastructure for EDGE. Just my 2 cents biggrin.gif

it might be true. but, if u ask me, i would care less bout 3G. since im not surfing using my phone, no video call etc etc. the best thing is, SAVINGS... with digi 3g arriving, for me, it just a bonus. but still i hope their coverage will be wider.
*
Well just hope that their 3G would be a big suprise to other telcos by having the best coverage + lowest charges like what they're offering for their call plans. smile.gif

You can only check how much you have used so far. *128# then press 1 and 1 again.
The shortcut to check your balance is just key in *128*1*1# without the need to go through the menus. smile.gif

If you use less than RM100, go for DG50 plan. It's 13cents / minute flat rate to any network. Sms @ 10cts to any network. smile.gif

the DG50 plan quite interesting..
im a prepaid user n never use a line number/postpaid so abit confiuse,  what i read in the rates table
the compliment rm50 in the dg50 is include with all my usage or i need to pay rm50 other than my usage?
example. i use rm70 for call/sms this month so how much need to pay? how bout the rm50??

sorry if my question is annoying.. notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif
*
For DG50, your commitment is RM50. Die die also must pay RM50. If you use more than RM50, say RM70. Just pay RM70. Not RM70 + RM50.

But somehow I tried before .. seems like it doesn't really work out after that also .. in the end I got my line barred. sweat.gif
*
One thing that you guys should know about the Free calls / sms after RM150(DG150) / RM123(1 Plan) is that the calls / sms/ mms after the 150 /123 are still billed into your unbilled amount hence IF your unbilled amount + current outstanding exceeded your credit limit your line will be barred too.

Later on only the free calls / sms / mms will be reflected into your monthly bill.

So if you are planning to 'abuse' the RM123/RM150, make sure you request for higher credit limit via phone call / walk in to Digi Centre smile.gif

No, you don't. Just give them a call / walk in to increase / reduce credit limit. They'll do the rest smile.gif

Beyond prepaid is based on usage to get 36cents/minute but Digi prepaid I like, you can 36cents/minute regardless the amount you reload.
*
Beyond call rates is 48cents/minute. If that month your usage exceeds RM30, the tariff will be changed to 36cents/min. You'll get notification when your tariff has changed smile.gif

so that means i change to Super FnF, the rate call to non FnF is 48 sens? call other operator and digi also charge 48 sens?

want to ask about the 30 charges block. how to charge ah? means 1 to 29 sec charge one block which 24sens and after taht charge the other 24sens?
*
1. If you change to SuperFnF, the call rates to non FnF is 36cents to any network.
2. 1-30seconds still 1 block. 1 block = 36/2 = 18cents. If you called for 40 seconds will be considered as 2 blocks = 36cents.

so that means, after my line got activated, it is the Digi prepaid I Like plan already? and i get one year long life activation right? because i made the switch? laugh.gif
*
Once you Switch to Digi prepaid. You'll be under the default plan Digi Prepaid I Like and you get 1 year long life activation (only applicable to those who ported in)

Under Digi Prepaid I like you can choose 1 from below
- Super Talk
- Super SMS
- Super FnF

Later on (once your validity has expired), if you plan to add the Super Long Life feature it'll be like below.
- Super Talk + Super Long Life
- Super SMS + Super Long Life
- Super FnF + Super Long Life

Remember, Super Long Life is just an additional feature to Super SMS, Talk, FnF
