I have a question for you too, is it a prepaid or postpaid card? If it's prepaid, just forget about it and get a new simpack with new number. If it's postpaid, walk in to the nearest DiGi Centre to get a free simcard replacement.

Postpaid - You can request numbers from the dealers, but depends on availability of that number
Prepaid - Only certain dealers provides MNS. Having said so, you can only choose the last 4 digits of the number
