You don't need to change the sim card to check. What telco are you using now? Maxis? If out of sudden your Maxis line does not have coverage anymore then it's about time to change to Digi simcard

No, you have to sign up for the RM66 package before you are eligible to create supplementary data sim for RM33 each.

In one account, you only need one DOS RM66 and you'll be able to create Supplementary DOS at RM33 each.

My proposal for you

Main line - Use DG 150
Supp line - Use prepaid if very very seldom use, use Family Basic plan if you call less than RM20 / month, use 1 Family if you make calls above RM30 and lots of intercalls between you and sub.

Family Basic
- Call charges 15 cents / min to Digi, 20 cents / min to other network
- 35% discount for Calls / SMS / MMS to mainline / other supp in your account.
- RM10 monthly fee on top of your usage.

1 Family
- Call charges 13 cents flat to any network.
- Free Calls / SMS / MMS to mainline / other supp in your account.
- RM30 commitment fee inclusive your usage.

If you sms a lot to your gf, might as well switch to the newer Super SMS plan. You get unlimited SMS to ALL digi numbers after 5 sms a day. Also your SMS and Call rates to any network will be reduced. Best part is that you don't need to pay any monthly charges unlike MTV powerpack.

Ask your brother to call to Digi CS to suspend the line so that nobody can use it. Then ask the person who registered the line to walk in to the nearest Digi Centre together with I.C to get a Sim Card Replacement for free.

Don't forget that you CAN'T help someone to port in to Digi if the line is registered under their name. Example if that line is under your mum's name. Your mum has to come to complete the port in process. You can't do it on their behalf.

Sometimes the server is congested. How about give it a try later on. If the problem still persist, perhaps you could ring the CS for assistance?

p/s: Are you new Digi user? IINM for new users you'll have to wait between 2-3 days before you could login to your OCS.

On all postpaid plans, the FnF call charges is 10 cents inclusive DG20.

Prepaid : Once a month
Postpaid : Unlimited times in a month.

It's simple if you understand it. It's hard if you don't spend time understanding it.

A simple question to you, do you SMS or Call more? Which one more?

Prepaid Plans are SuperTalk, SuperSMS, SuperFnF

If that's the case, perhaps you should change to SuperSMS and subscribe for SuperLongLife.

Under SuperFnF, sms are 1 cents to the all 15 numbers in the FnF list regardless you are digi or other network user.

Depends on your usage.
