I think they should charge 5% tax for both combined access fees and call charges cos they are charging separately which is higher..

but why the heck wanna charge tax for access fees both for calls and data...isn't this defeat the purpose of the ad - no hidden cost? Even TM doesn't do this.

After great deal of hassle and tussle of getting registered with DiGi Online Reload vis OCS using credit card, it's getting more frustated now when I wanted to add new numbers to the enabled feature in OCS.

To add new number, I have to fax in a copy of my IC and credit card. My curiosity arises from the necessary of redundant documents which have been submitted earlier during registration.

The new Online Reload lower my rating on DiGi service!

WTF with DiGi D'Campus????

My GF call me (DiGi too) with her D'Campus from her campus but DiGi keep charging even after RM 1,00. They suppose to give free call after RM 1.00 to any DiGi number as long as the call was made from campus zone. WTF DiGi!!!!

Once you port to DiGi, DiGi gives you free 365 days validity. smile.gif
Only to those MNP from other networks. smile.gif

Just go to any DiGi Centre/DiGi Specialised Centre/DiGi Specialised Store and tell them you want to do MNP. Then, give them your I.C. Voila, wait for maximum 5 working days and you will be successfully ported. It only needed one day for my mum to port from Hotlink to DiGi.

You can, as long as the I.C. holder must be the same as the previous network provider. That means, if your mum registered herself for Hotlink and plans to port to DiGi, it needs to be her I.C. to port to DiGi. smile.gif

Don't forget that you CAN'T help someone to port in to Digi if the line is registered under their name. Example if that line is under your mum's name. Your mum has to come to complete the port in process. You can't do it on their behalf.

Sometimes the server is congested. How about give it a try later on. If the problem still persist, perhaps you could ring the CS for assistance?

p/s: Are you new Digi user? IINM for new users you'll have to wait between 2-3 days before you could login to your OCS. smile.gif
