QUOTE(dattebayo @ Oct 31 2008, 09:40 AM) why my phone shows an icon with the meaning of "Line1" when using digi ? On Maxis and Celcom the icon has never appeared. Some parts in Malaysia still don't have Digi coverage like the Jeli-Grik highway or Tapah -Cameron Highlands..you can switch the line to Celcom for a while and back to Digi after you leave these places (still based on normal call rate). I hope they will reward loyalists like me like I'm loyal to party and government.

QUOTE(carloompunk @ Nov 26 2008, 09:40 PM) i check balance.. still charge 10sent/sms to digi no. in fnf.. huwaaa.... how to make 1cent/sms to digi no. in fnf list? my call plan now is super fnf.. I think you should change to super SMS la. Guys -s some said DG20 plan not worth it - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/774187/+40What about people like me who never utilise the call & SMS that much and wish to keep monthly fees lower with a supp line and suscribing their unlimited data plan DG20= 1 main line + supp line = RM20+ RM10 + RM99 for 2 data sim RM129 at least for montly fees. DG50=1 main line + supp line = RM50+RM30 + RM66 commitment fees =only can subscribe to 1 Family rite, 1 data sim - it already cost RM154

I find Digi's EDGE is pretty stable..time to cancel my streamyx account( they're reliable too) I'll trade some speed for mobility. QUOTE(llmcso @ Nov 26 2008, 11:42 PM) if possible that your friend DiGi no has been switched to other networks, and the FnF will recognizes the number as non-DiGi number at why u will get charge 10sen/SMS and 15sen/min to non-DiGi number....the best solution is ask your friend whether he/she has switched, if not, than is system fault. call DiGi customer service to inform them about the dispute, they'll reimbursed u back the money Added on November 26, 2008, 11:47 pmya that plan is not worth for those ppl who not utilised mobile phone alot, but want to stay connected all the time. what are u trying to compred between that two?? how come the first u need 2 data sim, but the 2nd only 1 data sim? FYI, DG20 cannot hold 1Family subline but only Family Basic; but if main line is DG50, subline can be either 1Family or Family Basic. RM129 vs RM187 Yup just to show some difference since digi is my personal line I won't spend more than RM20 per month even with the 20 sen per minute call rate..I find quite cheap already. Does DG20 have F&F discount? I hope they will stick to the RM66 fees for 3G to compete with Celcom..free upgrade for EDGE users.

Thanks guys - decided with DG20. Digi postpaid activation from prepaid to postpaid is sure fast!! Exact 24 hours - 5pm today.
I hope I don't get charged under PAYU for my unlimited data plan cos the CS advised me only use the service 24 hours after activation. But my specialised shop said it's ok can use already. How true in these?
Digi's EDGE is blistering fast on my phone!! More than enough..can surf lowyat.net with no probs with graphics.
with a qwerty keypad, touchscreen , bigger screen -> sure make everything easier ..
Forgot to ask about F&F -
Can we include our sub line into F&F for Family basic - to get double discount?

QUOTE(cucubud @ Nov 28 2008, 08:16 AM) Make sure you understand their DG20 plan and the rest of the DG** plans. DG20 plan - monthly subscription is RM20. Every call you make is chargable. DG50 plan - monthly committment fee is RM50. Every call you make is deducted from the RM50 until RM0. If more calls were made after that, you pay as you use. That mean RM50 + RM15. But for the comitment fees you need to pay the stipulated amount like for DG50 for RM50 every month rite - > if the usage is less than RM50, you can't carry over the balance to next month. I think DG20 suits low usage users really well. Added on November 28, 2008, 12:43 pmQUOTE(Spade @ Nov 28 2008, 09:54 AM) May I know where is the RM15 came from? Just an example I think. I think they should charge 5% tax for both combined access fees and call charges cos they are charging separately which is higher..
but why the heck wanna charge tax for access fees both for calls and data...isn't this defeat the purpose of the ad - no hidden cost? Even TM doesn't do this.
