No problem, I'm always glad to help answering DiGi's enquiries.

Well, me too but I still don't care and I managed to convince some to jump boat while some still wanna board on Hotlink boat. smile.gif Anyway, I'm getting same flat rate to all networks, so it doesn't really bother me. smile.gif

It is free to do MNP, regardless any network provider.
For DiGi MNP: You can get the information from http://www.digi.com.my/switch/

As for free 365 days validity, the information can be gotten from http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...29&sec=business (Refer to 6 lines from below)

RM 30.00 is not the real issue, it is the 60 seconds block that turns the users off mood. sweat.gif
Yeah, hopefully more people could join the smarter side. biggrin.gif

Welcome. smile.gif
That means it will charge from the first second itself. Regardless any second within 60 seconds will be charged RM 0.33. Hotlink uses this concept.
DiGi uses 30 seconds blocks. That means RM 0.36 will only be charged from 30th second onwards, before 30 seconds will be charged RM 0.18. smile.gif

It's referring to 60-seconds charging block. Calls are charged in 60-seconds block; meaning

Call duration less than and up to 60 seconds: 1 block
Call duration between 61 and 120 seconds: 2 blocks

So on and so forth ...

Well, RM 0.10/minute only if you are using DG 150 (postpaid). DG 50 (postpaid) also has RM 0.10/minute if calling to Friends and Family no. smile.gif I'm using DiGi Ambassador Plan and it uses DG 50 rate, thus I can call for RM 0.10/minute to FnF or RM 0.13/minute to all networks.

That is 36 cents/min.

DiGi uses 30-second block; meaning it'll be 18 cents per block.

Yes. Hotlink charges on the first second itself. That means once the call is answered or reverted to voicemail, RM 0.33 will be deducted. From 1st to the last 60th second, it is still RM 0.33.
DiGi doesn't use this concept, it uses 30 seconds block. That means from first second to 29th second = RM 0.18. 30th to 60th second = RM 0.36

To recap everything, it is expensive to call using Hotlink if you are calling for short calls. smile.gif
