Same case, I was using Hotlink for 7 years and 1 year Maxis. Seriously speaking I hardly remember the reward I got from them. shakehead.gif
Not to say I have any from DiGi but at least I feel I'm much appreciated by DiGi. smile.gif Their customer service officer is polite. smile.gif
Besides that, there is bonus point for every ringgit I spent for my DiGi bill. I can redeem the point for bill rebate. thumbup.gif

ya u can check by:

1. calling their customer service , option 1.

2. *128#

3. OCS

if u got supp line(s), they will sum up all the charges on mainline and supp line(s)
the only way u can know your individual line usage is by manually copy and past to excel and sum it up

digi prepaid is doing well at the moment , how about postpaid there?I didnt hear any promotion from postpaid despite the rm123 then free call to digi network
*
The RM123 promotion is no longer being offered in the new plans. However if you sign up for DG 150, you can get free calls / sms / mms to digi numbers once your usage exceeds RM150.

QUOTE(lolz_5167 @ Oct 29 2008, 02:08 PM)
the thing that I hope postpaid will have as well is

-birthday bonus
-reload bonus(usage bonus)

with no deposit and upfront charge now ,
Birthday bonus and reload bonus are available prepaid only. For postpaid, you get bonus points where you can redeem to offset ya next coming bill or exchange as mobile vouchers.

QUOTE(lolz_5167 @ Oct 29 2008, 02:08 PM)
anyone can tell me if I got around rm100 reload bonus for sep-dec then on Nov I change to postpaid, what will happen huh?
Once you migrate to postpaid, you lose all the prepaid benefits. So make sure you make full use of whatever you have in prepaid before changing over. The only thing you can carry forward is your balance.

The fastest way to check your usage is key in *128*1*1# and press dial button.
You'll get something like below
Your current balance is RM100.50 and your unbilled amount is RM290.50

Current balance = Whatever you owe digi. Means the bill that's already out and you haven't paid.
Unbilled amount = Usage up to date. Means From the last cut off period until now you've used xxx.xx amount.

To see whether you have reached Rm50 or not, see the unbilled amount. Having said so, if you have supp line your usage will be combined and you won't know whether it's the main / supp using more.

Another better way is to request for Seperate Supplementary account. Your supp line will be able to view the usage of the supp, main will be able to view whatever usage by main. smile.gif

For prepaid you have birthday bonus. They'll give you 50% of whatever amount you reload. E.g. if you reload RM300, they'll give you RM150 extra the moment you reload. Having said so, the max amount you can reload is RM300 meaning to say you can only get RM150 max for birthday bonus.

For postpaid you don't get birthday bonus. However you get to accumulate bonus points. smile.gif

Aiya... whoever in anywhere especially KL/Selangor who wants apply DiGi or do MNP... Can straight away contact my friend. Working for DiGi sales (Under DiGi Directly)

You can just snap a photo on your I/C and then send it to her

but take a transparent paper and take sort of like a tiny marker pen wrote "For DiGi use Only" and put on top of your I/C then snap.

Send to her and she will do the necessary porting for you already.

It is just so easy and fast

Free money for Time ler. I mean, get the 3g spectrum, sit on it and do nothing about it. Wait for digi to buy from them.

Actually, if you're in KL/S'gor, you can port into digi online.
