Hi ppl.

would just like to ask:

i have a digi prepaid sim card that is not used for 5 months ++ due to im overseas now. if i go back msia after this period, can my number still be used? or the line has cut off? < if yes how do i get same number? need to pay fee?

It could be due to the previous SuperSMS error whereby some users are being charged when they are sending SMS as it's supposed to be free after 0.50 cents hence they are doing the adjustment to put the credit back into your account.

All prepaid cards will be terminated after 90days once it's expired. No, you can't get back the same number as they will be recycled.

just want to ask why recently actually 1month+...when i want to check balance *126#...its just keep on requesting non stop...and display result unknown.....but i use my mom's digi got no problem...so what is the problem actually? rclxub.gif

I already convert my celcom line to digi in MNP program, and my credit expired 30-10-2009

My question, if I reload RM 30 today, does the validity still the same (365 days) OR it will overwrite?

digi prepaid is doing well at the moment , how about postpaid there?I didnt hear any promotion from postpaid despite the rm123 then free call to digi network

the thing that I hope postpaid will have as well is

-birthday bonus
-reload bonus(usage bonus)

with no deposit and upfront charge now , anyone can tell me if I got around rm100 reload bonus for sep-dec then on Nov I change to postpaid, what will happen huh?

I think so.

For main line, minimum commitment fees is RM 50.00 and each supplementary line commitment fees is RM 30.00. If main line is RM 50.00, then RM 0.13/minute of flat call rate to all networks. Supplementary line also uses the same rate. smile.gif
Free unlimited calls/SMS-es/MMS-es among supplementary lines, to main line and to supplementary lines.

If you refer back to the chart I posted, it says 6 lines. biggrin.gif 1 Main line and up to 6 supplementary lines. biggrin.gif
