Just now me and my dad go and consult a Digi store at Leisure Mall and he said if use the switch which mean my number still remain the same which is like 012-xxxxxxx but the service is Digi and if my dad change which is i will be under him which is like sub-line and my mom as well and me and my mom have RM30 and my dad is RM50 i think if he choose the DG50 package..
*
That is correct. For principle line you must choose at least DG50. Sub is RM 30 commitment each and enjoy call rate of 13c/min to all network. thumbup.gif

It needs around 24 hours to get your information keyed into their database.
Be patient. you will be able to register to it soon. biggrin.gif

Yea, this is called MNP. Remain your no. but switch telco provider.
Can I have a little request. Can you break your sentences into few more sentences and with punctuations? I hardly comprehend what you were trying to express. sweat.gif

ya MNP ease up alot of work on contacting your friends about your new no....that is the whole idea

so, in the future, although your friends are usisng 012 doesnt mean they are on maxis anymore, they may switch to DiGi/celcom/umobile.....so is a smart choice for u to port to DiGi as they provide u lowest flat rate of call/sms/mms to any network.

your first month bill will include a rm10 stamp duty charge, after that u might got itemised statement fee which is rm3, but u can choose to cancel this service as u can view your statement online from OCS, and u will still receive a summaries bill charges by postage just that without the itemised section

rm3 should be the call waiting/call forward fee, coz maxis used to charge for those service but DiGi give it for free.

ya DiGi bill payment can be done online, but i recommend u to sign up for credit card auto payment with this payment method, u'll get rm5 rebate on monthly bill every month

RM30 is the commitment for the each sub line. As usual, if you use less than 30, you pay only 30. If more that 30, you pay the amount that you use and of course plus the tax. Nothing more, no other charge. It would be best to opt not to use itemize billing so you can safe more. Instead you can check the itemize billing online for free. The BEST part is the sub line call charge is only 13c/min to all provider. Unlike other telco.

i dont got u... 2 main lines and 7 principle lines?? actually main line= principle line

i dont know how many supp lines under your main line account, but for those ppl who port into DiGi postpaid, u can have 10 sublines under a principle/main line, and those hotlink numbers can b port into DiGi to join as supp line too. but before that, u must make sure that the acc details of those 5 hotlink number must be changed to the principle line holders detail than only switch from hotlink to DiGi postpaid.

Wow, DiGi can go up to 10 supp lines now

How do you know? Is it for MNP customers only or for existing accounts as well?

what is your previous main line combination?

if like 1 main line + 4 supp. and 1 main line + 3 supp.

then when you port to digi, all the supp. also need to port together, it is up you how you tell DiGi to create you line combination, I am sure they will help you on this, 14 lines, wow

wow, DiGi can push to 10 supp. line, really aggressive, the other day, offer 2 years contract for phone deal, geng

i asked D'Chat before, they said is only for those mainline which port in to DiGi which alllow 10sup line, the reason is, they want to make porting easier as maxis allow up to 10 sublines. if there is a maxis users who want to port to DiGi,they can directly transfer all their sublines to DiGi. for existing postpaid customers still 6 sublines and they will revise this issue soon

why don't you port 1 hotlink first to digi to 'try out' the service (most importantly the coverage at your area).

Only then you make decision whether you want to port entirely to digi.

according to the chart, only 1 family allows up to 10 while FB only up to 6?

Sometimes, need to clarify things clearly with the hotline as the information shown sometimes has some 'flaws' in it
