i always explain cat and dog behavior like this la

Dog = treat you as master.
Cat = treat you as co-habitant.
like my kitten last time, had problem cos i fed wrong type of milk - so end up have to give medical treatment la.

so end up i have to wrap the fella up just to force him to drink medicine. i thought sure this kitty won't like me anymore la, but later on seems like no problem and the fella turned out to have good relationship with me.

How bout as Companion....

for me, no need pure-breed wan la. any cat will do, as long as look nice.

prefer short hair, grey color. if not brown / white / beige also can. prefer not black. prefer the type like in elfreakz's signature. those eyes.

i want to ask regarding cat's scab...rather than see the vet, is there anything we can do to help cure it? maybe give medicine or give the cat warm bath plus a little bit of salt into water....

oo...i see, thanks elf...so the best way is send the cat to vet la...hmm, don't really have time to see vet, have been delayed for 3 weeks oledi, really 'kesian' to my cat, even he seem don't have problem like scratching the scab or what so ever, but can't stand to see it...i want to see my cat in good health...this week oso really busy, hoping the vet just staying next to my house...huhuhu...

not timbul....like flakes, black in color...it's on the skin...can remove using comb, no bleeding, but my cat seem don't feel comfortable when i try remove it...and is hard to remove all of it coz of it's cover by his fur and his condition that can't sit still while doing it....huhu

Hi guys.. I'm not feeling well lah.. Its like fever and flu disease but i'm not sure coz... Its hard to explain lah!!   Not just me, my wife and 3 of my kids also got same "fever".. I wondering is it because the cats in my house?? My neighbour said so but we are not allergic to cats. She also suggest that maybe we should buy the IONIZER. Is it true?
p/s: SHAH FIRDAUS?? That's not me.. Maybe we should call him and kick his *ss..

i re-check his tail and i think u r right la elf, it is stud tail...my cat is male and not neuter, i read thorough the internet, and the sign is just like it...Comedones (blackheads) and etc....so need to get the special shampoo and vet overall check..really appreciate ur help elf and others..at least i can diagnose 1st on my own b4 send him to vet...

oo, thanks again elf...i really care about this thing in DLH cat coz for my kucing kampung, they really can take care of themselves, only really worst i bring them to vet (seldomla)...but not like DLH cat...at least i learn a lot of cat knowledge that i never know b4....even i went to a petshop they claimed the cat their sell is maine coon, sell at 2k+ something without cert, want extra charge rm600 for the cert, crazy...i read Nor Arisham Bakar mentioned the cert just cost below rm100 if i'm not mistaken...

Thanks El.. It really helpful website!!    In there also wrote that our skin(human) can be infected and that's true.. Coz now my finger have been infected like 'kurap'.. Luckly i've use the 'Potassium'(ubat rendam) and the result is positive.. Alhamdulillah...

1 more thing, is it the 'Furminator' for grooming is really work? (please check at 'garage sales thread') The demo showing very easy to use and effective.. what's your opinion?

when the cat is on heat? does it mean that the cat feels hot? can i bath her to reduce the heat? my cat is so noisy these few days, guess she is on heat. i cant even sleep these few nights, my housemates complaint just now . sigh...but she is smart enuf to jump up to my bed and pretend to be sleeping when i scolded her . she even jumped out from the bathroom window (upstairs). but managed to got her back. luckily didnt get herself injured .

what is the different between adult vs ketten and All life adults cat food? (Blackwood Brand)
I have checked both ingredient, seem kitten's pack more advantage than adult's pack.
If such the case, can i feed my adult cat for the kitten's pack?
since it return there suit for "kitten & all life adult cat" for kitten pack.
Anywhere my cat was 1 year and 1 month now. 
So currently refuse to use which pack...

yes agree out there not much cats like Blackwood.
But so far my cat still like to eat. So would not change others brands at this moment.
If u remember me i had told u my cat previously was taken RC, then i change it to Blackwood till now.
Actually recently most of the pet shop out of stock for Blackwood adult cat food.
I was thinking whether wanna change back to RC. Because like u say, feed kitten food to adult cat is not good for their health. I was concern this issue.
But another issue is worry me that RC might cause the "cake" very smelly. My housemate sure will scold me 
so now very confuse...

Most of the time i go to pet safari at ikano.
Their stuff's price is quite reasonable.
But for blackwood adult cat food, i had found more than 10 shops in PJ area, all sold out, only left kitten pack. And they told me duno when the new stock will coming. 

yea. but what i saw those pet shop selling blackwood, they only left kitten pack (small,medium & big pack).
and only left adult (small) pack.
Erm, actually pet safari also selling big kg pack for all the cat food brand.
Just dun have the one i want..

Actually izit good always to change the cat food?
i read and heard that is not good for the cat. If the cat food not cause any issue to the cat, better stick to the one.
I just thinking if i still can't get the blackwood adult, then might have to change to others brand liao..

one more thing. How can u tahan the smelly "cake" from ur cat?
seem blackwood is the only solution to cut down the smelly.
Any second choice/brand recommended so that its not smelly from the "cake"?
