yeap ilium Dermocil is a good medicated shampoo to eliminate fungal dan skin infection.

i used ilium brand for ear mites and ear cleaning.

NutriEdge is something like blackwood... in other word it is one of the premium food. saw it before, but have not try yet.

if possible do it during the day time - during hot temperature. u can still do it at night, with warm water and need to dry them before they get cough and flu.

yes u can use the medicated shampoo to was the body too... but put more on the infected skin (tail)... leave it for 10-15 minutes with that shampoo before you rinse him.

yea it takes time for them to be get along to each other. some may not get along.

all you need to do, don't force them. let it be naturally. force = stress. when they are stress other things occur.

don't come in between them if they are trying to get along. let them meet naturally. only come if you see them fight like crazy (which means bite and blood) ehehe. gosh i make that sound scary

Changing in color tone can be normal issue. Like human, our hair do change from black to grey and white at certain point. Which is cause of our body do not produce melanin.

Normally we will find that a darker color change into lighter color. Example, dark black - change to lighter black which similar look like dark browish. OR maybe a darker red (orange) change to lighter red (like almost creamy).

Beside age... other things you need to consider is FOOD intake. for animal like cats, their fur growth and shine is depends on Food. And for most cat food, they design it also for fur. I agree some food makes your cat fur look dull and not bushy.

But so far, i do not think eaglepack will cause the changest. Since i never heard about any complaint with eaglepack yet. maybe someone here know about eaglepack.

Then, you need to consider, your house temperature. Do you put your cat outside the house? or indoor? Do they get under the sun? because spending longer time under the sun can make your cat fur lighter.

And lastly, just to add... cats do shed their fur from time too time. Some people get paranoid, when they have health cat, but problem with fur. This is also reflect to us, our hair do drops and new hair will come out.

so in some cases cat and human there is a similarity eheheh.

about that boarding, I'm pretty sure you need to ask the pet hotel people on what stuff you need to bring. Some vet, they include food and everything.

all you need to do, get a frontline spot on. ehehe and spot in on your cat before going to the boarding place. that frontline spot on will protect your cat from fleas, tick and lice ehehe. you might not want that right.

if the price rm150 already charge one night stay, then go for it. some vet told me, if i take the cat back home, i will still be charge rm150. so rugi lah kan, then let them sleep there. but normally i go for the vet that do not need to keep the cat 1 night.

if you are newbie, like never done castration before. and you scare if anything go wrong, then u can let the cat sleep at the vet for one night. at least the vet can monitor your cat progress.

you can bath, or no need to bath also cat. its water proof. it won't cause problem if u don't bath.

the spot on type is only for prevention. later if u found fleas when arrive home, you need to get frontline SPRAY type... spray will kill immediately. spot on is prevention.

i bought the standard frontline spot on RM53. i think the combo is rm60+.

if already got fleas/tick/lice, spay will do faster job. u need to spay all the body part. big bottle spay of frontline 250ml, i get for rm65-67.

on long hair, that 250ml can be use for about 5-6 cats.
on short hair about 10 cats.

spot on is good for prevention. it won't work immediately. need to give them for the spot on thinggy gets into the whole skins. then the parasite will bite your cat, they will bite the poison too.

if u have lice, use spray better. because lice live on fur. they seldom lepak on the skin. so takes alot of time if u use spot on.

for fleas both spray will do a faster job. spot on take abit time, but spot on has the advantage for the next up coming fleas eggs.

for ticks, i personally think that spot on will do the job faster because they live on skin. like digging on the skin for home. u can use spray but frequently needed.

what ever it is, frontline still a good killer

shah that day you ask about Air purifier and humidfier for home right. i heard people say it do help but not a cure. it help to reduce allergens in the house, dust, your allergy.

i think air purifier ok kot... cos it did mention for Dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and dust mite feces.

you can try any, and see if that thing reduce the allergy. let us know

eheehe what is the different between premium and super premium?

super premium food use 0% grains, which means 100% meat. Their protein nutrition is about 50% and above. none of its ingredient has grains.

premium food include source like grains, corns, etc. premium food contain more chicken/meat but less grain. something like 50-50 lah. Their protein nutrition is about 30-35%. most of it is made from chicken.

low quality food is vice verse of premium food. it has more grains/corn/etc but very less chicken/meat.

you can simply see all the different by studying the ingredients. Low quality food start it with grains/corn. Premium start it with chicken meal/chicken by product, then only grains/corn. while Super premium food is 100% meat.

i don't know why your vet saying nutriedge is ultra premium. that sound like makanan kucing berkuasa kuda you read the ingredient, then you see it is something like iams, SP, rc.
