I have two psp, 1 is a first gen psp with latest M33 firmware and another psp 3k model with latest official firmware. I can connect and use the remote play without any problem using both psp but to play downloaded psp game/demo, M33 one kenot. To really play with the m33 psp, have to convert the eboot downloaded from psn into iso of which I can't tell you how...coz there's no ahem discussion here. Bottom line, have to have official firmware to enjoy downloaded psn game without added hassel

Aiyoo... man I'm getting irritated here.
In the prior to the previous update I've had no probs playing on the PSN and some people here know I'm a COD4 kaki and already trying my luck in COD5 and Hawx. Coincidence or what after the last update, my streamyx went sucky for a couple of weeks but since then has been fixed.
I think its been more than a month and I'm like seriously still having problem remaining connected to PSN singapore and US. How the hell can I multiplay games now?
I thought new update will fix it but nope... still the same. I can't think of what has changed. Transnational cable has been fixed right? So anyone of you also have same problems remaining connected to PSN?
Internet is not a problem. I was torrenting at 128kbps just now and every website I go to pops up quick.

Melaka still have some issues with Streamyx, but I can't say about PSN connections instead. We can only blame Streamyx.

I donno la. My friend said is about stability here. The bandwidth is not the issue. Since I'm running on 2mb home user, I've been getting quite ok speeds when downloading stuff. I downloaded the update through my pc in like an hour plus or something. and thats 140mb.
But intermittent network theoretically means that PSN servers will kick you out. Anyone can verify this? I need to know how to word it so that the streamyx technicians don't give me a roundabout...

Do you think it would be wise of Sony to put in firmware updates of their PS3 into their blu ray games? The Nintendo Wii has been doing that for so many times already, yet we always seem to have it hard to download the firmware through online. heck, its even easier for me to update with a disc compared to an online update.
