2.5" sata hdd has 2 diff thickness, 9.x milimeter ones and 12.x mm.. PS3 HDD cradle can support 9.x mm drives only.. As for capacity, sky is the limit I think. I saw somewhere on the tubes where ppl connected 1TB 3.5" drives using long sata cable and PS3 is still able to recognise & utilise the large drive.

ppl always complaining about slow fw update.. that's why i provide a few alternatives (diff mirrors, rapidshare, private hosting,etc)

last time i remember tmnet provided an anonymous ftp for us to upload files (and will be purged after a week i think).. they shouldnt have closed that ftp service because it reduces the strain on tmnet international bandwidth
