Congarats y'all rclxms.gif

Get well soon sfax smile.gif u hurt urself on Sat? i saw u, ccube and phoneix in the bkt aman carpark...

Saturday LSD smile.gif -training

Distance:
3x 5km + route
Body Feedback:
I only ran an 8km route once before me LSD as I was feeling under the weather for the other 3 training days. I thought it be great to run me LSD as body fully rested BUT that wasn't the case sad.gif the first two laps were nice but the last lap was insane, i managed to get a better time though when compared to me first run of 3x 5km + lap.

I tried the RM22 nike elite runner socks...nt too bad at all is me conclusion keke laugh.gif

wah in the car ......

next time if u see me...call me la...and dont la shout "oi metalfreak". I'm Andrew
I'm trying to get my usual 10KM per session. Starting to get the hang of it soon I hope.

Don't mind me asking but why don't start your own running journal at the Journal section? The Runnerz Thread would be more dedicated for discussion and updates on events
*
hehe brows.gif
my name is oso andrew, i wud feel kinda wierd calling me self tongue.gif
10km per session? nice thumbup.gif whats ur running schedule like?

my own running journal..neh...
reason i dun do so tongue.gif
1. Hardly anyone goes there hence easier for newbies to see, refer (if they want to laugh.gif)
->easier for sifus to comment or pm me to give me advice

2. Nt much too update -no need journal r
->hence the update via the thread (too give it free bumps too)

3. Don't want to seem like so into it and then maybe one day loose interest ->journal just left there

3 Andrews? wow!! shocking.gif
Phoenix told me there was another Andrew the first time I met him (he meant u) smile.gif

I need ppl to "see" so constructive comments can be given which equates to me improving thumbup.gif

Hope to see u ppl in this GE30k run tongue.gif
