devil, no worries.  i will maintain the current price to be competitive unless the RM devalued so much then no choice liao.  Saucony will continue to be a value for Money performance running shoes, Just Watch It.

hehe laugh.gif good to hear..u'll hv a faithful customer if the prices dun go up (well a bit its still okies la tongue.gif)

hmm.gif hw do shoes like adizero compare to normal trainers..dey hv less cushioning??..more contact with the ground?? can b used in long distance?

devil, adizero series are racers.  this type of shoe are very flat ie thin, low profile and very little cushioning and stability support.  the key advantage is its very light.  generally for those who run fast in a short race like 5k, 10k and max 21k.  a normal trainer will have better cushioning and stability support for longer distance running to prevent any injury.  so the conclusion is if you are new to running dont invest in a racer first until u are comfortable running fast.  newbies shud just stick to trainers for any distance during trainings.
*
aahh..but if run like 10k, 20k..nt enuff cushioning...wun it b like uncomfortable?

hehe..dun worry..me nt tinking abt racers..too newbie laugh.gif

Do your HIIT on Wednesday instead. Let your body recover on Friday before hitting it on Saturday. Rest is part of your training also. As for Monday, do a relax 5KM run instead. Else, everything is fine.

y a 5k instead of HIIT?
and...
though HIIT is intense but its like 30mins max...safer nt to move at all on friday?

d3vilzzz : Just my opinion, it's better u maintain the program and milleage for 1-2 months before you increase it, so your body can slowly adjust to it and not getting injury. But if you feel ok, may be can do 15km-20km LSD (long, slow, distance) by next month.
Just give it a shoot lo, with this training + power-gel + race day adrenaline, sure you can finish the 20km run (if u not cheong too much tongue.gif).
*
hmm.gif i see i see nod.gif

current me LSD on sats covers 2 x norm 5 laps and 1 round around da lake; 12km + tongue.gif
