Hehe considering the route was overdistanced..
i KNOW my stand chart run would be in the 1'40s

but yea the usual..TRAIN MORE!
Good to hear

Ccube me guessing me need another pair of trainers edi..
Currently wearing the hurricane, any recomendations for something nt as wide and for stability?
The Triumph 5 will be ideal. Cushioning + mild stability, not as wide as the Hurricane 10

Marvin, pace urself in the marathon as this is your 1st. Ultimate goal is to finish without suffering, timing is secondary for now. Dont go out with a fast pace, u burnt urself out towards the end like 30k or can be even 25k. Then jialat. I will be starting with a 6.30 pace and see how the body condition.
Added on June 10, 2009, 3:27 pmI was informed by my sources that SCKLM 42k cut off time is 9hrs.
