i suspect that i have under pronated feet. i'm yet to do the wet foot test.
but i read online, it says that the wet foot test is not very accurate as it does determine the way we walk etc.
since there are soooo many shoe models and brands out there....and i'm unsure of which one is suitable.
knowing that those sport shops out there, mostly have just crappy sales people that knows nothing abt shoes and feet type (i'll be trying almost every pair on their shelves)
ccube - wat models available for women? i might consider them too...
tengster- probably one weekend i'll try to drop by bb plaza and see. thanks~!
After the wet test which will be able to determine if u have high or normal arch, and if whether u r a neutral or flat foot runner. Then goto Schein @ The Curve or Adidas @ The Gardens to do a foot scan. Even the foot scan wont be 100% accurate. Another option is to take a video from behind while u running on a thread mill.
The Saucony for womens are:
1) Triumph 5 - Neutral cushioning (RM300)
2) Jazz 12 - Neutral moderate cushioning (RM230)
3) Hurricane 10 - Cushion + Stability (RM320)
4) Trigon 5 Guide - Cushion + moderate stability (RM240)
All prices is after 40% discount.
Then I have the Unisex version of Fastwitch 3 which is a light weight trainer / racer which is generally meant for race day.
Note: If u are a heel striker, make sure u choose a shoe that hv a good heel support coupled with medial support for stability. Else in most case if not then u will experience pain at the heel area, ankle area and even your calf muscle.
