Depending on your feet bio-mechanics, then u choose the right shoe for yourself. In general in falls into the following category: 1) Neutral 2) Mild and Over Pronation and 3) Motion Control. Most runners falls under category 1 and 2. Saucony have models that catered for category 1 and 2. The best thing is for you to do a wet test first and I can take a look at your foot imprint to determine if you are normal or high arch, or even flat footed.Added on April 13, 2009, 3:09 pm
