andychee81: Please wear your watch and use it next time. Don't rely on others. Your own watch is the best timing. And we were looking for you cause Loke you are dressed in yellow like DigiMan. And for a FW3 user, you let the clan down. meatball88: Mizuno timing you can check at Pacesetters website but it's not loaded up yet. Just check 10 minutes ago. And yeah, you can view the photos at http://penguin-r2.blogspot.com/. It's their official photographers blog.

Riq: The first step will be registering. Fear for the route can come later. We are all to help you here especially with the experiences from ccube. And from I can see, you are running great!
meatball: Wah Sun Tzu Art of War ar? Why so serious lar? Hehe... Anyway, ccube has answered your questions. I personally find it quite tough (not to scare you) for those who didn't run before. I suffered badly in 2008's edition and would like to redeem myself at 2009's edition. But hey, just give it a go. There's always the first step. But hmmm.... Who know's Pacesetters will change the route after what they did to NB15K and Mizuno Wave this year. Maybe maybe...

Riq: Good to hear that you will be registering for GE30K. I won't have much training for it as most of the weekend starting after my Singapore Marathon is filled with races. But worry not as there are others around too. The Lunar Trainer+ trial will be on this Saturday (25 October), 5am again at Bukit Aman. meatball88: Yeah. Had to walk that time as I was not used with the route. Now the route is our training grounds therefore will be better prepared. By the way, I didn't get your real name the other day. Syd: Kebab? That's what I had after my Human Race. Good source of protein. Haha... Try going for 20K first. 30K maybe is too much for you at this time. Haha... ROFL (Rolling On Floor Laughing) on the picture. Anyway, unveiling of the Runnerz Circle logo HERE. This post has been edited by phoenix: Oct 23 2008, 11:57 AM

d3vilzzzz: 20K all the way with 1 pitstop lasting generally about 3 minutes. Sometimes, I don't stop. 30K all the way with 2 pitstops lasting generally about 3 minutes each. BIN: Terry Fox is a charity run. No prizes! ccube: Nice slogan to the end of the week! Need it for the 30K tomorrow. Added on October 24, 2008, 3:18 pmSurvey: Saucony Elite Singlet (vest), awarded best running vest 2008 by Runners World. This is one of the option be use as our group vest. Will core members be interested in it with a price tag of RM85 not inclusive of printing. After printing might costs around RM100. This post has been edited by phoenix: Oct 24 2008, 03:19 PM

d3vilzzzz: Stop at petrol kiosk or 7-11 to refuel ourselves. When you feel good after a 5K run, it's time to increase to 6K and so on.

d3vilzzzz: There's the new Saucony ProGrid Jazz 12. I think it will be great for beginners like you and it's made very affordable at only RM230! Comes in 2 colours too! But first of all things, need to know your feet type. No time frame. Increase when you feel comfortable. Always listen to your body. Don't try to be a hero. Pushing yourself is good, but don't over-push. meatball88: If you are not looking at GPS or stride function, I will recommend Timex. Very reliable brand but I do not know the price. However, if you want to track your distance, Garmin will be good but be ready to fork out around RM1.6K! I might be selling my Polar RS800SD/G3 Heart Rate Monitor + GPS + Stride sensor though. Reason, not much usage.

sfax: Awesome weekly mileage. Don't forget balance rest to recover too. EAT!
navilink: Here's the measurement of the Terry Fox shirts.
3XS: (Chest:32", Length: 24") 2XS (Chest: 34", Length: 25") XS: (Chest: 36", Length: 26") S: (Chest 38", Length: 27") M: (Chest: 40", Length: 28") L: (Chest: 42", Length: 29") XL: (Chest: 44", Length: 30") 2XL: (Chest: 46", Length: 31") 3XL: (Chest: 48", Length 32")
d3vilzzzz: You do not need to reigster for Terry Fox. Just bring yourself there with your friends and run. It's a charity event. Only lionel87 is going for the IOI Community Run. As for your feet type, once you have the results, do let either myself or ccube knows. You can actually view the shoes when you are Lake Gardens but blame yourself for not introducing yourself to us.

d3vilzzzz: Myself am confirm running next Saturday and ccube will most likely join too. We will be there at Bukit Aman. When you join the Runners Malaysia Beginners Program, you can ask Wan on who we are and how we look like. He will direct you to us should we arrive back on time, which we will most likely.

tradewind: The shoe you have is pretty good. Unless you wanna change it due to wear and tear or u wanna get an alternate pair. Myself and ccube are selling Saucony here. Do feel free to check out our signatures for the shoe details. I have a Polar RS800SD/G3 that has both stride sensor and GPS unit. Not forgetting heart rate monitor too. It's slightly more than 6 months now. Considering selling it as I don't use it regularly. Let me know if you are interested.

tradewind: Ooh... 600KM it's time to change! Ya, true about your location unless you wanna take the risk like how toto4d did. I noticed adidas compared to Saucony, adidas is bigger by US0.5. So technically if you wear a US8.5 adidas, you might wanna consider a US8 Saucony. I'm letting go of my Polar RS800SD/G3 at RM1.4K complete set.

I heard there is a shop in Sungai Wang that sells Asics but not sure of the exact location. And as I know, Kinsei is no longer in production. Failed model.

nonexno: Whether is it Kinsei or Kinsei 2, the Kinsei series is a failed model in terms of performance value. And note your spelling. You spelt wrongly.
metalfreak: I rather you get the Jazz 12 at the same price. You are not ready for the FW3 yet.

sfax: Andy will be there. He is in the mix event. And also, you sure you wanna wear TechFit for the race? Don't regret cause it's very dirty and you may end up tearing your attire due to the branches and spikes. I recommend cheap clothings. Anyway, GOOD LUCK!
