normally 3.5" need to plug into power adapter..go search for yourself about 500gb 2.5" hdd, i'm sure there are plenty choices out there...do some research 1st.. good luck

Does anyone using win 7 has problem with buffalo turbo USB external hdd?
My hp c769tu on win7 can't detect it

got 2 500G seagate hdd 1 RMA last march >1yr 1 RMA last month <1yr wats wrong wif seagate HDD???

can anyone recommend me a good External HDD to me?? i need a good brand... for i'm a quite a rough user... ( i scared of dropping the HDD n etc )

Just bought 2 500GB 7200.12 Seagate HDDs Hope no problems as its used for the server running RAID

Manufacturers specify 1GB as 1000MB while PC calculates 1GB as 1024MB. Thats y the difference.
