Sadly, I have no joy after unlocking my 3G iPhone (US)
 Installed 0.9.6 via Cydia. Tried the reboot, reset network settings, toggle airplane mode..... and I still get a Maxis line. Any suggestions from those who got theirs to work? |

Meant unlocked but I still DIDN'T get a Maxis line. The word "searching" appeared ever so briefly and then the bar indicator where it showed no bars. After a while... Found my problem.
Yes. I ran pwnage with the latest downloaded firmware. BUT the baseband didn't get updated 02.28. (i didn't previously update the firmware thru iTunes) Just launched iTunes to do a restore and Streamyx has just slowed to a CRAWL!!! I'll re-jailbreak again after this restore and try the unlock again. |
