i've heard almost everybody who did the tutorial of Jailbreak dicourage installing installer.... now i know why.... its... how to put it..... ermmm UNUSABLE?

u afraid tht ur phone will lock again? is tht it? as far as i know if officially unlock it cant be lock again

i have major issue...!!! hahahahahaha.. i dunnue what when wrong but it cant detact my sim card and i have to do a full restoration again then my phone detact the sim card...

been using 2.2 FW for almost a day now...

much improvement...

1.safari got really fast (faster than my desktop)
2.sms just got better and faster
3.seems tht the voice at the other end when calling is improved (so much!)
4.quick respond
5.i dont know about u guys but i have kindda problem with youtube... wonder why arr??

since i did not put any themes yet...(its like original minus the blank apps...!!) i decided to put my hopes somewhere 1st, i want to see what happened whn i put on loads of apps and themes....

just backup the contacts and all in itunes and if ure an expert, do it manually...(which i dont recommend unless ure really expert with the files in iphones...)

wht about restore and then JB again...???
works for me since last time i upgrade to 2.2, my phone didnt detact any line frm maxis...
a clean restore and update FW 2.2 frm itunes than i JB it...
doing fine....lines all up... sms fast and cool... plus with the emoji...,
its freaking cool man.... just wish tht i can send it to others too...

just fine...
longer lasting acctually... i full charge it yesterday and now stillgot around 80% more..
decent sms and call....

no problem at my side

at 1st i got the same problem.. but let it kick in 1st. or just try turinng it off or reboot it 1st then upload it again... if not working jugak.... well JB again is the answer..

plz read the 1 page of this thread... u'll find ur answer there...

its stated there do not update ur FW to 2.2 yet as it maybe lowered your chances to software unlock the iphone 3g after this....

let me get this straight...
ure going to JB ur phone using 2.1 FW right? if is that so, then it will be no problem...

but im guessing something else here...
