I see you eat real clean, how can you be fat. furthermore, just 9% bodyfat flex.gif the fitness concept machine accurate or not ? have u tried their free body fat test and BMI test ?

erm.. kmaru, how many grams of chicken u r having and how many table spoon of olive oil?? or u just drizzle the olive oil over the chicken?

Ill increase my cardio + sauna + abs workout... Now days lazy to do abs, and there's no one or competition to show too
