Mahal eh 7 bucks. If can, i sure make my own tandoori at home. Lol

The grill is your best friend if you cook your own meals frequently. Much cleaner and healthier.

Anyway, how is Controlled Labs White Flood? Do you really get the pump during your workout?

I love white flood, but i don't really favor the taste. Not to say it taste bad, its just weird to me. I do feel lots of pump and I love to stack it with green bulge some times.

good genetics indeed, but lacking from the front (compared to Fizi) .
being taller means more time needed to become "fuller" no?
long limbs....lol

after u can compete in senior category, bantam to welter is hard class IMHO,
so many good guys there.

not many in the heavys, at least at my state lah, can easily get 2-3rd place.

I've tried green Mag but only for a few times. It taste damn good to me. Green bulge contains arginine and creatine complex.

kmaru, have a quest for u, how did u matain those bodyfat while bulking?? i realize when ever i went for bulking even with moderate (200g) carbs intake aday (in the morning, pre and post workout) still gaining fat, very annoying. And how about cutting ? calorie deficit?

seriously I don't count calories, I just feel my body.. For instant, when I feel that I kecut after under going for protein and olive oil for not sure for how long ill feed my self up with carbs again.

Yes, I lack a lot from the front, especially my chest and biceps peak. Its true being taller take longer time to be full but at least will look massive and big and also can tower all the competitor. Being slightly on the down side make me thick faster but it will reach to certain limit and its hard to put on from there.

Im going to take a rest next year cause starting from next year Im competing for open, DAMN !!

Imagine me at 100kg..... CAnnot la, ill be looking like a fat short midget sad.gif
