looks pretty good to me, as long as the load temp is not more than 80, then it should be fine. but it really depends on what u expect from the akasa neo though. did u oc your 4870?
btw, ur using your hp to post this message eh?

using pc to post the messege hehe coz I'm at home.
It beats the ati reference cooler at idle temp. But still a bit hot to me...

I heard Akasa Vortexx NEO is not good for 4870.
For some reasons the cooler is kinda worse than ATI ref cooler.
so what it is best use for? 8800GT?

able to get 800/1000 to pass 3dmark 06, max already i think
still, this is a big step from my 1950 CF, my monitor only 1440 x 900, 4870 is sort of overkill already haha
800/1000 vista64 with 4870 causing artifacts to show in warhead....
or just causing the game to crash and goes to the desktop....

hardly notice wit 100% fan speed.
i can run my 4870 OC till 865/1100 wit 100% fan speed.
idle temperature is ~40c, stress test is ~55c.
but everytime i check the temperature after hours of gaming..................it nvr goes >45c....................
all dis temperature is non air con environment.
btw,
i still think the hotfix is not worth applying.
basically improvement is just 2 ~ 3 frames.
improvement only noticeable in high resolution..........
why ur card can go beyond the 850 boundaries?
