I tried to wind down my window....can get signal strength....
Then wind back up put my TP inside...then signal hilang...*sobs*

no kidding! that's what my tint guy told me! because he said the tint will cause problems with smart tag and gps. he told me he could cut a small hole for a better signal

btw old newspaper, did you manage to get your soft volume issue settled?

i heard the charger it self problematic, like take too long time to fully charge. Try use other charger ?

may i know the touch screen is using capacitive or resistive touch screen?

my soft volume issue is still pending until end of next week as i am in germany now.

but according to my wife .. when she send the TP back to the guy and they tested the unit by making calls .. she told it it sounds clear and good enough for her .. so i really dont know now .. cos what seems ok with her doesnt mean good with me ..right?

i would compare the volume level with tytn2. my TP is definately much softer that my previous tytn2 and in outdoor .. it is quite hard or difficult to hear what the opposite party is saying ... mine is that bad ..

so just got to wait till i am back home

who did u call? it could be possible that the OTHER PARTY has the problem, set his volume damn low (especially if he using bluetooth headset)

Yes, mine having the same issue also.
I can even feel the heat when it's not in use and is placed inside my pocket.
Guess because it's using steel cover which is a good thermal conductor?

Yea, i bought my omnia from him also, quite "pda expert". Compared to i go to other pdaexpert outlet, they like do'n tknow what they're doing when i ask them install some stuff...lol...

according to him [Chris], this PDA Expert is the least popular/customer due to its location, so i guess this is the reason his service is more personalize! and he himself is very friendly & accommodating chaps
