Mine already 2 months, still didn't update.
But i topup RM30 on Aidilfitri and another RM30 on Deepavali to get RM10 free airtime so now my validity is till 26 Nov.

Now i'm complaining to their customer care.

Not sure about the number MNP to UOX.
But if you register a new 019 UOX number, top up RM10 first time, they give you RM10 as bonus.

I see, it seem to be logic .. thanx bro! rclxms.gif
So cheap lah this UOX package.

You have to go to Celcom Center to get your School/University/College to be registered in their System. Only after they register your School/University/College, then only the validity expire on your 26th brithday.

You kidding me? All they do is just photostat my IC, fill in a form and give me the new sim card. I don't even think they know what school I am in (or there's a field for school in the form, can't remember).

My friend at UiTM Shah Alam said that Celcom no longer sell UOX at her campus thus she can't get one. Any help please?

Tried to persuade her to use DiGi D' Campus instead but can't really argue with her since UOX is the best package right now.

How do we do that. She is a student, meaning frequent visit to Celcom centre is out of question. Furthermore I'm the one who going have to bare the petrol cost since she will bug me into sending her there. cry.gif

For my daughter's application, I did filled up the form with the name of the school. But those jokers never bother and just update the normal info into their system. That is why the validity is only one month. When I went to their to enquire why valid for one month, they said they are still processing your application. I ask them why so long, they said need to verify the school. Once they key in the school name and everything is settled.

as i said earlier, they need to verify your IC, school, etc.. sending a copy of IC is still not enough since with today's technology people can simply change the year of birth... that is why new UOX number not automatically enjoy expiry date untill on 26th birthday..

the best solution is to spend some time, visit them at their branches.. so their staff may verify your IC, school, etc.. (this is because they don't trust their dealer lol)..

by the way, so jelous with some of our junior that enjoy expiry date up to 2022.. wow.. mine 2012 only.. sweat.gif

Well, just one visit would be enough if things go smoothly. That's worth it if you ask me since the rates are really very attractive.
