AFAIK none for the time being  icon_rolleyes.gif . Yup with MNP, it's tooo tempting NOT to go for UOX/SOX hehe  brows.gif Go for it bro  thumbup.gif

Damn, I just realize that I'm still 17, have to wait for next July before I can go for UOX. Probably Celcom would have canceled it by that time?

Is there any fee for UOX yet for now? Like, RM3 per month despite your usage as per listed on their website:
Since we can MNP to UOX now, I'm not sure to go for Digi or Celcom.
*
so far no charges yet..

if you can't wait then u can register SOX, SOX is for 12-17 years old.. the rates are same with UOX.

yup, you need to upgrade the simcard in order to use 3G services, including video calls.

last year, they said they will deduct rm3/month access free (but free for the first three month)..
then early this year, i notice that TnC has been remove from their website, so everyone believe they wont charge rm3. But recently, i found that the rm3 fee back in their TnC..

but, since im using UOX last year.. so far never been charges any fee yet.. not sure if they implement it in the future..

for setting, just type

type SET and send to 20999.

or, do manual setting here

for GPRS
WAP settings visit http://www.channelx.com.my/mdp/gprs/wap_config.jsp
MMS settings visit http://www.channelx.com.my/mdp/gprs/mms_config.jsp

for 3G
WAP settings visit http://www.channelx.com.my/mdp/3g/wap_config_3g.jsp

wow I am so dissapointed with them, i called their custcare just now and they said my info is correct but they havent activate it yet. So i asked them, what if my simcard expired? They said go make a top up to stay activated. I asked them when will they activate for me? They will do it before my expiry usually. DAM! Even if i go to their care center I doubt they can do anything for me also~

If I go for SOX now, will it be converted to UOX automatically once I reach 18? If no, can I convert to UOX manually?

erm, i notice at their website.. maxis/digi/umobile users may now port their number to celcom UOX/SOX..

so, my question is.. if 012/014/016/017/018 allowed to switch to UOX/SOX with their original number, why 013/0148/019 user cannot convert their number to UOX/SOX? its not fair to current celcom users.

or it can now?

they wan to con other user to join celcom. Once people joined celcom, they treat them like a retard. Its clearly showed that they are not giving priority to their existing customer.

I experienced this problem before. GO to their celcom branches and tell them you wanna register your number, and they will give u a form to fill up. After that your expiry date will immediately be changed till u r 26. Very big possibility that ur form u filled last time haven't been passed up to the HQ yet.

One solution, which is to port out to any other operator and port in back tongue.gif
