Can go straight to Menara Celcom no problem. They have it at all Central, Northern & Southern branches & Blue Cubes. Now I heard they have it at BORDERS and Popular too.

To check the validity date, key-in *124# and press send. If the validity is not extended, you might want to check with Celcom Branch as most probably, ur IC is not validated by the branch yet. Maybe the dealer didn't submit the form yet etc.

i dont think they will take all your credit.. i think they will only migrate your UOX plan to normal Xpax plan, and bring together all the credit.

stupid celcom cust support. emailed them, they ask me to make a call and i made so many calls and the expiry still same, next sat go their office f*k them up

Goto celcom branch, tell them you wan to register your line. They will give u a registration form and they will then straight away clarify your expiry date until 26 years old.

havent settle, and i still looking for their nearest branch to visit.. probably this saturday i will go to their branch and let them verify my IC

i dont understand the credit part. means, if i reload 30 bucks today. im able to use the credit until im 25 ? not 1 month or something?

yup, you can reload any ammount and spend it at anytime since it wont expired until you're 26 years old...

yeah, mine too has a expired date.. its on 21/09/2012.. if your expiry date is earlier than expected (before you're 26) that mean something goes wrong with your prepaid account, i believe the promoter/dealer who processing your registration form didn't submit the form together with your mykad properly to celcom for validating purpose.

it is recommended for you to check with celcom, go to any nearest celcom branch to validate your mykad.
