Just follow the footstep of this Angela Edwards woman in building quality backlinks. She has some proven technique that works.

You realize Angela and Paul style links suck ass right? They used to work many years ago but just like Angela's page rank they have died very quickly. They don't offer a relevant backlink and just give you a simple profile link on a high pr domain. I would take 100 PR0 article backlinks over 100 Angela and Paul backlinks any day of the week.

I don't think that PR is the confirmation of getting good ranking in SERP results. I have seen many 0 PR sites are at first position of google.
It is very confusing that how PR works.

PR is based on the dofollow backlink and dofollow backlink also one of the factor that affecting the SERP. However, dofollow backlink is not the only factor that affect the SERP, it is only one out of hundreds

I just found out a new website with page rank 2. With only 3 sites linking in.

The website is just 4 days older than mine. Were using the same classified ads template.

Why the heck google give it a page rank 2

Exchanging links wont do much good, you need 1 way links to increase page rank and increase serps.

BTW Page rank has updated in the past few hours, have you all checked your increases? I got 1 site up to a pr 6 which is the highest I have ever had.
