Kaspersky got my vote. Being using it for 2 years already. No problem at all.Definition update every 3 hours. Even though use a little bit of resources and scan quite slow but still i trust it more then other antivirus. smile.gif

I don't think Kaspersky scan slow,it depends what you set on scan setting.

Oh yea....i havent test Kaspersky yet.......hehe.....btw, Kaspersky Internet Secuity 2006 Beta 2 nice anot??

Edited: Any tried the beta b4?? If compare to Personal Security Suite 1.53, which 1 better?

Didn't try,but i will give you some comment.I think you should use firewall program,how about try Kaspersky and BlackICE.

too many firewall today.. makes internet connection slower if runs all at once.. laugh.gif just notice i got 3 firewall running. now ok edi

anybody know.. how to clean up Virus Brontok?
i've try to clean it using Norton2006.. but the virus restart my PC immedietly...

How do you setup yr NOD32? Its a bit troublesome to set it, but mine had real-time protection. You can follow this guide from Wilders Security Forum. Follow the link below.

Setting for NOD32

i used Kaspersky Personal and set it's protection level to maximum...
this AV is really good...has update database every hour, every day...combine with my Nvidia firewall...everything safe & secure for this time...vote Kaspersky thumbup.gif

my friend's pc also infected by this virus. the pc restarts too when norton scan it.
so, i uninstall norton and install antivir7 (with the latest update...of course). antivir just delete the virus nicely.

unsure.gif i'm not sure about other antivirus.

Need to set the setting only got real time protection?
Not come by default ka?

Btw, me uninstalled NAV then install back NOD32, and follow all the instruction at wildersecurity, still same. Virus still not detected T_T
Uninstall NOD32 and reinstall NAV already...
Now got new virus on my PC liow W32.Licum T_T

The avast antivirus scan really slow
i recommand that non popular one but good is E-wido
this anti malware and virus very good...the other new release is Microsoft Windows Defence Beta 2

Fuiyoh!! Im in ur list, pip_x...lol....thx....Btw, i'd tested kaspersky....it took 1 hours and 10 mins to scan my hard disc......wtf?!! And kinda laggy when playing games......end up i reinstalled NIS again.....haihz......

NOD32's real time is not by default?! But me set it in setting...

Yeah, after all the fuss and antiviruses, me install back Norton SystemWorks, which include NAV...
