Used it BitDefender before. Very easy to setup, but somehow I uninstalled it and back to NOD32. It happened when Streamyx was slow and i thought it was somehow related to BitDefender. But its just a review from a random website, take it with a pinch of salt, since its also stated that it takes only 8 minutes for karspersky to scan the pc, which i really doubt so.

be patient.. KAV scanning method does not scan the same file twice if it is not change. So the first scan always took the longest time.. keep regularly scan ur pc n it will greatly reduce the scanning time

I would prefer... Mcafee Pro.(VirusScan + Anti-Spyware) + AVG + H. Firewall = Perfect Encounter...

I use Mcafee Pro scan 160Gb HDD, it takes around 46minutes!

I heard from my friends gt somekind of AV prog. when ppl attack ur pc, the firewall will stop the intrusion and pack your own pc punya virus send back to the hacker... its like take ya problems back to the hacker !?
haha... juz heard from frens ... dunno real anot, but so far i use this 3 prog, none of it gt problems n this all 3 prog might and may kill viruses n worms esily !
juz my exp. n opinion ...hahhaha biggrin.gif

Norton service nice meh? plenty of viruses n malware are created by them! to gain more money !
For examples:

Password stealer - PWS.Bancos.A

Prefer other AV program like AVG, Mcafee, Panda, and others...
