underground that why nobody support. Reason is because nobody heard of them and dont know if the music they play is nice. U dont have to be mainstream but at least do some promotion to let people know that u exists. These bands just neeed to learn some marketing

then they shud treat their band as a hobby. Cant make it as a living unless they eat bread everyday. Cant get money to support their living with their true metal goal.

in malaysia perhaps it's just a hobby but not in european. They live with these kind of way. In scandinavian, it's more worse since they're not going to work... they spend their life to music, just like their way of life. Anyway, even they're jobless still their government will pay them. The jobless will get an allowance for the cost of living over there

yeahh bro.. i'm the kafaners since undernet. I was using the nick Noculto, themgorot (undernet), zarath-baal-tharagh, Lord-Nodens, Themgoroth (dalnet) if you were there (mirc) in circa 96-98. I was attended the gathering firstly held on 1998 by lee kingkafan.. hahahaha.. #kafan was a splitted channel from #fullmoon in undernet in the history .

i was the one who formed #metalmy (i'm using a lot of nicks... i forgot some because too many... hahahahah... one of 'em ix|EmpEroR|xi and ix|EmpEror|xi) while in Dalnet/Webnet in 1999 with metal bots add-on to inform if there any metal news around.. hahahaha.. it's very long time already...this metalmy channel was splitted from #kafan in webnet in the beginning of the channel war, which takeover by unknown metaller whose namely di3 @ blackdeathmetal... but then, we found out the real traitor behind 'em. But afterwards the original founder of kafan who was lee kingkafan was no more active on mIRC. But until todays #kafan webnet still stay under di3... there's another channel namely #inhale formed by female founder, Azni.. huhuuhuhuh...

a lot of bands hang out on the channel while the mIRC glorious day including ichal & achun tandus, dark-e (azrin) vociferation eternity, zul & Pogie cryptic malediction, Odin ravenlord, aie & faizal aradia, halim hayagriva, bob pyron, fadhil mintakatulburuj @ Muzik Box Production, and tons others

ya i also join mirc metal channel to download songs. But never heard of kafan probably because nobody dcc mp3 around lol
