QUOTE(Cyclone87 @ Aug 23 2008, 06:55 PM) Damn it seem like going to 460FSB is not possible for me even i pump to 1.5v. But there is a guy at garage sales with the same X3320 doing 480FSB at only 1.3v . Bro, u got to understand, those boards without GTL ref has its limitation like most of the budget P35QUOTE(OC4/3 @ Aug 23 2008, 07:36 PM) yup..GTL ref,.it's useful on quads |

VTT, GTL, etc not available on P35 chip. it's introduced by intel on P45 board, iirc
side story tested my OC 448*7.5 at 1.248v LOAD and successfully run IntelTestBurn 20 loops. huge jump in temp and needed vCore compare to Prime95 (1.200v LOAD) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 3DMark06 15931marks (earlier result with lower vCore and loose timing » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « next mission, finding max OC at 1.000v LOAD |

my bad. i just recalled dfi p35 board oso have it. so gayboard p35 missed those function out...
good point is that once u mess with vtt and gtl and u have no idea what u doing, u will end up aiming for nothing. just merry-go-round update on x3320 430*7.5 at 1.088v LOAD passed 20x loop IntelBurnTest. now test clocking higher with that voltage |

Is intelburntest really that accurate? I pass 40 loops at 450FSB on 1.20 vcore. But then after the intel test, i open my IE, my computer just freeze out . Even super PI fail . But i can pass the test.
