It depends on your downlight. Usually written on the packaging.

The one I wrote is typical led slim panel light

Those in metal downlight with bulb holder(where you can change the light by changing different bulb) will depend on the bulb design and the diameter of the downlight.

Bro, I'm not sure about Deka fans. Just sharing my experience; last Saturday, I removed the 2 PCBs from my 2 Panasonic fans and brought them to Joe in Jalan Beruang, off Jalan Pasar. He tested the PCB and said he can fix each one for RM35 each. He changed 3 components for both PCB in less than 5 mins and then I paid him. Went home and tested on my fans; my fans worked again.

My fan issue was, I switched on the fan and it only moves very slow and doesn't respond to the remote control.

Joe's details:
No. 1 Jalan Beruang, Pudu, 55100 KL.

Thanks for your recommendation.

Visited Joe today, waited for 15 minutes to get the PCB board repaired. Replaced 2 parts "black" to new part in "Yellow with total damage of RM35.

i picked up 6 units of Rubine Vetta recently and 2 Panasonic DC fans..

the Rubine fans comes with year 3 warranty on the motor.

Seems quite decent at the moment.. nice looking and not so noisy..

Take it from the left side. tongue.gif

You can't buy. Use epoxy glue to glue back the broken part and use back. Still can last for many yrs.

Anything cheap is not reliable.

Get the higher model.

Was looking for some good design ceiling fan, at HOMEPRO I saw DEKA fan design nice and less than rm400, however I heard a lot bad comments about it.

Is there any good looking (design) fans with affordable price (less than rm300/400). I don't mind if non-remote control type.

KDK/Panasonic

Regulator type will be more reliable than remote type.

Yes I reckon the KDK/Pana regulator type fan will be very reliable, but their design not so stylish.

Then ask yourself you want stylish and sacrifice reliability. Or you want reliability and sacrifice style.
