Not all issue technican must visit your place dude

, certain cases their only do troubleshooting remotely.
Before that, they need to collect all data. Ya....customer always right

, but sumtimes customer need to have give co-operation too

, so that problem easy to resolve

One more thing, which internet provider in Malaysia will assign technican after working hours (at night )...??
Can u tell me which provider give u that service...?? Unless they will extend 1 hour until 6.30pm for weekdays.
