yeah. im having snail speed of buffing pps more than a month & i tot im the only one having this problem. i believe they do throttled it too. any other victims?

You better stick with sentralfon. 2mbps for Rm60 per month, why should you change to amax?

Same problem here also, now using streamyx to see pps.tv is no problem. Be lucky i'm not cancelled the streamyx services.After the connecting problem start from last month, now using amax to ee pps is very slow, at my area (Bandar Damai Perdana) facebook also face same problem need so lone time to reload.Need to talk to amax guy again.

I can't connect at all now

the AMAX CS call me yest morning, ask for my modem serial number, username and password, didnt bring the modem to office, so can let them know, hope they will call again later.

My final answer - Stick with my Sentralfon

Amax data center engineer called me up last night. Asked me to power ON CPE modem 48 hrs for them to investigate. I checked the download speed this morning, it was fast, same as yesterday. Don't know what have they done at the backend.

they just called me as well, ask for my MODEM SN and MAC address

Is anyone using Amax service in Taman Mayang / Bandar Utama 12 still facing very slow connection ?

I tried to use it at 2pm just now in BU12, download speed is 10 kB/s only !!!

Gary sexualpower - it seems that Seri Petaling users managed to get their speed to 225 kB/s - so how about here in BU12? Did you get any updates from the Amax technical team???

Anyone else having slow connection problems elsewhere - please update and share, how did Amax response to you after you complained?

Since you still in trial period, i suggest you really consider twice before really subscribe to it (As myself started feeling regretted subscribing it).
If you think amax is different from other malaysia's ISPs, I think you might be wrong.

uhm, I not very sure , but I think facing these problem last few weeks, could be my username problem, cause it was given by sexualpower, and I think I got disconnected cause the temporary account was used by others

btw, I am bittorrent kaki, from last month, I test AMAX around 12/10 - 13/10, until mid month of November, I actually downloaded around 40gb of files ...

I suffer even more last time when I use Jaring Wireless BB in Jalan Genting Klang, I think this is better, no luck for me for other ISP, P1 not covering here, DiGi only Edge
