yeah. im having snail speed of buffing pps more than a month & i tot im the only one having this problem. i believe they do throttled it too. any other victims?

btw, anyone play garana via amax? im having high ping problem for few weeks d

i used to get average 80-90+ ping playing dota with g@rena. it was very smooth until recently the ping keeps going above 150 & starts lagging crazily. amax is the 1st wireless i experienced (in Malaysia) that can play online game smoothly but sadly it was the past.

walau.. over 30ms maplestory & dota not playable.. u sure is over 30ms not 300ms? =.= even with 50ms+ playing on9 games that require low ping like counter strike wont be any problem at all

oh i don't know a same ping/latency with diff ppl+computer+internet+lvl of the character will cause different latency, unless u have a lauyah computer then i understand. i used to play dota with amax 90+ping for several months no problem to deny creep at all. ping beyond 30ping cant deny creeps, this is totally lol. not to say i pro or boasting u can ask any gamers around. maplestory above 30ping not playable, i dont know that maplestory require lower ping than counterstrike to play

well.. u can twist the truth with your fancy words as many as u want but the truth is amax becoming just like other broadband provider. truth hurts

its not an opinion or humble, its a false statement as i can play on9 games with amax smoothly (used to)

false- it clearly shows that u never even have experience of ping with the stated on9 games.
true but out topic- "80ms is average ping for all wireless~ ping for Streamyx wired is 15 - 30 while Streamyx wireless is average at 50~" not related to the problems we talking at all

not so sure bout it, so far nvr heard any news about waiving. i rather die than asking for waving if there is, their customer service is very terrible. u sud pay a visit to their customer service to experience it . even the accountant cant even count properly. i need to waste my time to teach her how to count 3months. u can imagine how professional they deal with problems.

they wont reply if they receive ur $$ o not. i put my proof, remarks on the email "if there is any problem pls call me" and then nx month i have to call & verify the accountant. best part i've sent the email at 22th & i told her the date then she told me she saw in the mail that i send the $$ at 11th & she say will verify it. what a nonsense. & i have to tell her my details again. i guess she is too lazy to check mail or someone did deleted my email. i highly suggest u after sending your proof to their email and give them a call. if they did ask you to leave your name & number then they will contact you later, ask them when is the accountant available & u will call back yourself because i kena this 3 times, 2 times from unknown & 1 time from a guy that called Aaron & he say he will ask the accountant to call me back shortly then i wait until nx day i have to call them back myself. best part the next day i call & asked to talk to the fella called Aaron & the girl ask me to hold on and then someone close my phone. i have to call back again & waste my time & $$. btw the number is from TTDI. very very terrible customer service. im going to Asiaspace to complain about this case this week. another suggestion, when u get thru their call, ask their full name which i just ask for their name & write down the time incase they giving an unprofessional service u can go to the Asiaspace company to complain them

may i know your win7 version & izzit 32 or 64bit? and how do u install the drivers as my friend experience on his win7 home premium 64bit the driver cant be installed, btw he is using dongle modem
