Urs is 2 room unit or a unit with 2 bed room ?
Ok.. as I mentioned before, subletting a room and renting out the whole unit is different story. Subletting room doesn't need any license. The link I pasted is valid for "Subletting" only. While to rent out a whole unit, the house owner need approval from HDB.

"To sublet the whole flat, prior approval from HDB is needed. For subletting of rooms, no approval from HDB is required but flat owners must continue to live in the flat during the period of subletting and comply with other subletting conditions."

I am going to make the work permit again tomorrow but unfortunately I have lost the picture which I took there last time.

Must I re-spend another S$6.00 to take another picture which they will only scan? (money wasted)

Do they keep records on my previous picture so that I do not need to waste money for another photograph?

How the maths comes about? Well, it comes from comparing the different contract lengths with different monthly fees + subsidised phone price + upfront fees vs no contract phone prices in Singapore and Malaysia.

Of course network dependent. Different networks offer different combinations of contract length, monthly fees and subsidised phone prices.

hi guys, want to ask since i'm preparing the documents for PR application. i must submit the "testimonial from previous employer" for the application? my previous employer is so busy that hard to get her to write a testimonial.

Not necessary to provide that, my bf's application went in without the testimonial.

NO testimonial is required. If your employer didn't fill in the Annex-A, you will need to fill in yourself and write a letter to explain why the employer didn't fill in the form. Make a copies for the letter together with all those form.
