QUOTE(Uchiha Itachi @ Aug 29 2008, 11:28 PM) ^ I planned to register Singtel mobile broadband 1MB, with 50% promotion its $11.21 per month, 12 month contract. I am looking for a similiar package from Starhub but it seems to me that its not available anymore... the 1 with 50g limit ? $11 seems not bad a deal. |

QUOTE(JuNz-V @ Nov 22 2008, 01:57 AM) i need some advise from experience ppl.. this is my scenario: there is so-called quota of the continuouns social visit pass (the 14-days 1) being issued to u. if u exceed it u gonna need to wait a month to b granted entry again. not too sure abt exactly period though.i've already been in Singapore for 1 month +.. as my visa expired for the first month, i went out to Johor n came back to renew my visa and prolong the staying period.. then i got an extension of another 1 month.. so question is, are there such rules or regulation stating that i cannot be in Singapore for 2 months, n that i have to go back for 1 month before coming back to sg again?? experience ppl pls advise, its kinda urgent.. btw, my purpose here is to job hunt n it has been 1 month+ since i came here.. thanks in advance.. i know this bcoz i kena b4. i was being rejected entry at Woodlands checkpoint for this reason n hav to go back KL right after i juz reach JB. |

QUOTE(wu ming @ Dec 2 2008, 08:49 AM) Bus operator in Johore has yet to open their bookings for Chinese New Year so you might have a chance. Do you want their contact? I have Jebat Express number. last week i went to City Square n Larkin, some of them are oledi start selling, so it might be a good idea to check it out asap.for KL there's always chances to get ticket on the spot, its juz the matter of what bus u'll get, might turn out to be bus kilang or bus sekolah. |

QUOTE(wu ming @ Dec 3 2008, 08:24 AM) I heard that you can take train to go back to Malaysia at Tanjong Pagar. But it is worth it? Heard that it is the slowest of all modes of transportation. train is ok but i think its not worth it to buy in Tg Pagar coz its same price but in SGD. better take it from JB since the station juz beside of the custom.if u get the bed berth its nice, u can sleep well enough n reach KL ngam ngam the time, not like 3-4am. |
