Workmanship not too bad means any defect? Excellence/Good/fair/bad/worse condition?

Hi.. Did you pay the maintenance fees of dec? The sales office ppl said that it follows the vp date..so even though the key is collected in jan, got to pay for dec...😔

Fair, defect i am not sure yet, just had a quick look during lunch, so far no visible defect as i aware of, only one of my toilet door broken, need to replace new one.

Two things I love about this place : all the doors are solid timber very good quality and kitchen area is huge. Those loving airy and lavish kitchen space would love this condo. The one in the 1288sqft unit is nearly bigger than the master bedrooms.

One thing I hate: the front lobby divider wall, too short to be practical.

Oh ya, one more hate: the master bedroom shower stall size is pathetic. Some bigger sized folks may need to remove the shower door as it would be impossible to close the shower door after getting in. Just bad design and size planning allocation on this aspect.

honestly, the workmanship is quite good, better than some wellknown developers...and surprisingly, the subang view is much more better than klcc view, because actually hard to see klcc view, just tiny like the finger size for klcc, and the terrace housing area below the klcc view unit, quite rundown...the subang view is bungalow view+tropicana view+ss2 view+ sunway pyramid view...


the landscape garden is doing well too, very greenery...

LOL block a&b owner really rich....got ppl accept less than 50% too.....hahaha....no wonder Taipan build so slow cos no need pay so much......
actually very easy only ler.....follow the procedure.....send a demand letter to Taipan....register letter pls. stated the full amount and to be paid in 7 or 14days from the letter......
after the due date call Taipan ask how....usually Taipan will bullshit and trying to make u scare said will go civil court la....they wont pay la...they will pay installment la......bla bla bla la....so take the <50% tomolo can collect cheque.....

so if Taipan disagree then just pay rm10 to tribunal for hearing.....usually tribunal can claim up to 70%-90%.....from what i know most block d owner that go tribunal get 80%.....
i get 70% when i said i go for tribunal.... biggrin.gif
Taipan will counter offer when u go to tribunal b4 the hearing start....

Yup, I also plan to go to housing tribunal soon as it is ridiculous that they are only offering 40% as settlement.
