the big problem with park 51 is each unit come with one car park only..

how many entrances there ? i saw one near block A / flat , the entrance is so small !!? only one car in and out

now agent ask for 520k for 1143sq with 1 cp, low floor some more, i think i hav to give up park51, no fate..

I would suggest subang view. Can see icon city in future.. Kl view for block a b c might see grave yard especially high floor ..is up to u care or not.. But subang might feel hot at night coz it face west
