Ayone know what is bank valuation for 1288 sqft now? Asking for a friend as she is looking at subsale purchase - either block a or b doesn't matter.
Thanks.

Block A should be able to collect key already. Block B the letters should be coming out next week. Need to make appointment to collect, cannot walk in.

That's is not correct comparison. If you buy block C now from developer you need to wait another 2 years to complete. If buyer looking at own stay now, then block c is not a consideration.

Block b same. I just collect keys recently. Not much defects, acceptable workmanship. But the half wall at the entrance is just down right dumb.

Small defects like door closing action not smooth, one tile discolored, etc. nothing major and developer will fix in 2 weeks. Actual overall space of the 1288 sqft is very practical and spacious design, except for master bedroom toilet my opinion a bit narrow.
All bedroom flooring is timber [/quoa any one post actual picture here?
Hmmmm.... I stand corrected. My unit in block b the rooms are all timber flooring. But I saw a few new pictures in iproperty where the rooms are in tiles. I wonder why the difference? Maybe block a and b different spec. But I believe timber flooring is better than tiles in my opinion. Owners may want to check and confirm based on SNP specifications. |

Two things I love about this place : all the doors are solid timber very good quality and kitchen area is huge. Those loving airy and lavish kitchen space would love this condo. The one in the 1288sqft unit is nearly bigger than the master bedrooms.
One thing I hate: the front lobby divider wall, too short to be practical. |

Oh ya, one more hate: the master bedroom shower stall size is pathetic. Some bigger sized folks may need to remove the shower door as it would be impossible to close the shower door after getting in. Just bad design and size planning allocation on this aspect.

Yup, I also plan to go to housing tribunal soon as it is ridiculous that they are only offering 40% as settlement.

QUOTE(mikefly99 @ Jan 22 2014, 02:15 PM) True, I got that same response as well today. No brainer then, I'll be headed to the ministry of housing to lodge my case. Only takes RM 10 and some time. Why not? Take it as a day off and opportunity to learn something new going through the process.Even if I don't get my money, it is my principal that I should not be short changed on what is duly due to me. Hence my decision to do the the legal way. |
