However, this is what I aim all along after all since I dont really want to change all my clothes or change my eating habit much. Sure if I can get better back, shoulder and arms would be nicer.

now you are one of my idol.. i tried to buff quickly.. the progress is quite slow so far IMO.. seems like 5 days is not enough for me to workout.. wonder you manage your workout
